I had a chance to interview Jay Cross (of Internettime) this last week (I'll post the interview within the next week (hopefully!))...one of the points he made, while referring to this presentation, is that the concept of learning is largely useless unless there is an accompanying behaviour change...sort of like Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation
